Shirodhara
Pouring medicated oil on the forehead. Purifying and rejuvenating therapy designed to eliminate toxins and mental exhaustion as well as relieve stress and any ill effects on the central nervous system. |
Takradhara
It is a form of Dhara (pouring) where medicated buttermilk is poured over the forehead and scalp continuosly in an oscillating pattern of a period. |

Ksheerdhara
This is another type of Shirodhara especially for pitta disorders and rejuvenation in hot weather. |
Kati Basti
To give relieve on pain on the lower back and lumbar vertebrae. |

Janu basti
To give relieve on pain in the knee and osteoarthritis. |
Akshi Tarpana
Therapy with meditated ghee in the eyes. This is a cleaning process of the eyes, which gives a cooling effect, preventing eye diseases and strengthening the optic nerve. Generally good for all eye disorders. |

Nasya
A treatment in which herbal juices or medicated oils are dripped in to the nostrils. This is a cleansing treatment for the head and effective for facial paralysis, sinusitis, and headaches and in some mental disorders. |
Karnapurana
Application and retention of oil in ears. Very effective for healing disorders of the sense organ such as earaches or pain, ringing in the ears, loss of hearing, headaches, lockjaw, etc... |

Swedana
This is done with heated herbal boluses. Good for Vata disorders. Give relieve of pain on particular part of the body. |
Nadi Swedana
Give steam to the body or part of the body with a pipe. It is effective for improving the blood circulation, eliminating impurities, reduce fat and cellulites. |

Upnah Swedanam
Application of medicated paste to treat inflammatory conditions. |
